CALL TO ORDER                                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Pearce, Co-chair, convened the meeting at                              
approximately 9:10 a.m.

In addition to Co-chair Pearce, Senators Sharp, Donley,                        
Torgerson and Parnell were present when the meeting was                        
convened.  Senator Phillips arrived thereafter.

Legislative Auditor, Division of Legislative Audit;                            
Catherine Reardon, Director, Division of Occupational                          
Licensing, Department of Commerce and Economic Development;                    
Mike Greany, Director, Division of Legislative Finance; Dave                   
Tonkovich and Ginger Patton, Fiscal Analysts, Division of                      
Legislative Finance; aides to committee members and other
